About Me

Hey everyone! My name is Amanda Barnes. I am a disabled Artist living in the Sacramento region of California. Ever since I was a child I had dreamed of becoming an artist and that was all I wanted to do with my life. I sustained a complete T/12 Spinal Cord Injury at the age of 22 years old. I’ve lived with this disability and triumphed over my hardships for the past ten years, and I don’t plan on quitting anytime soon! I hope that my art can inspire others to follow their dreams and do what they truly love because life is short and you never know if tomorrow will come. So do what you love, no matter what others say.
